Sanjay Mishra And Neena Gupta Wrap Up Shooting for Vadh 2

The much-anticipated sequel to the critically acclaimed film Vadh has officially wrapped its shoot. Titled Vadh 2, the film once again features the powerhouse duo Sanjay Mishra and Neena Gupta, reprising their roles from the first installment. The makers announced the shoot’s completion on Wednesday by sharing a behind-the-scenes picture from the set, capturing a serious discussion between the lead actors and director Jaspal Singh Sandhu. The caption read: “‘Vadh 2’ is over! Really grateful for the memories made, the magic seen and the incredible team that brought it all to life.”

 

The original Vadh (2022) stood out for its gripping narrative and strong performances, portraying a middle-class couple who find themselves embroiled in a murder. The psychological thriller was praised for its unconventional approach and slow-burn suspense, earning love from both audiences and critics. With Vadh 2, the team promises to delve deeper into the aftermath of the first crime, further exploring the moral complexities and emotional toll on its central characters.

 

The sequel was officially announced earlier this year at Mahakumbh 2025, in a unique and spiritual launch moment. Sanjay Mishra, Neena Gupta, director Jaspal Singh Sandhu, and producer Ankur Garg were present at the sacred Sangam Ghat, where they offered prayers and blessings for the film after taking a holy dip.
