Reflecting on his successful year, Rajkummar expressed his appreciation for the opportunities and the support he has received from his audience. He said, "It feels great...God has been very kind. Last year was such a wonderful year for me. The film Shrikant got so much love for my performance, and the film did so well at the box office. Then Stree 2 came and broke all the records possible and got so much love. After that, Vicky Vidya came, Mr. and Mrs. Mahi. So many varied genres and different characters. That’s what I want every year, to play challenging parts.”
Rajkummar also spoke about his upcoming projects and mentioned his excitement for his next film, Bhool Chuk Maaf. He said, "Everyone is going to love the film. It has a very unique concept and is a family entertaining film.
Bhool Chuk Maaf, starring Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi is directed by Karan Sharma. The film is presented by Dinesh Vijan in association with Amazon MGM Studios and is set to release on 9 May, 2025.
