Rescuers and volunteers pull more bodies of dead workers from abandoned gold mine in South Africa (Video)

Rescuers continued retrieving bodies Wednesday from an abandoned South African gold mine with hundreds more still believed to be underground, many of them dead and others too weak to come out on their own. Authorities launched an operation in November to force out the men who were mining illegally at the closed Buffelsfontein Gold Mine by cutting off their food and water supplies from the surface for a period of time. Police say the miners can come out but are refusing for fear of being arrested.
