Puppy Fitness Routine Says Shraddha Kapoor

Actress Shraddha Kapoor, known for her role in Stree 2, recently attended the launch of the ASICS Skyhand OG collection as a brand ambassador. During the event, she shared insights into her fitness routine, revealing that her main source of exercise is not the gym—but her playful puppy!

 

When discussing her daily fitness regimen, Shraddha explained, “I don’t have any fixed routine as such because I get bored really fast, to be honest. If I just needed to hit the gym, I wouldn’t stick to it. So, I mix things up—some days I do yoga, some days I hit the gym, and other days I dance. When I’m shooting, if I’m prepping for a song, that becomes my training as well.”

 

She added with a smile, “And now, the biggest thing keeping me active is my puppy. She is keeping me the most fit right now!”

 

Currently, Shraddha is enjoying the success of Stree 2, which has grossed an impressive 800 crore at the box office. Directed by Amar Kaushik and written by Niren Bhatt, the film is produced by Maddock Films and Jio Studios. As the fourth installment in the Maddock Supernatural Universe, it serves as a sequel to the hit film Stree (2018).

 

In Stree 2, Shraddha stars alongside Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, and Aparshakti Khurana, who play a group of friends tasked with defeating Sarkata, a headless malevolent entity that has been abducting the women of Chanderi.

 

With her vibrant personality and focus on fitness through fun activities, Shraddha Kapoor continues to inspire fans both on and off the screen.
