At the trailer launch, Meher opened up about her character and the unique challenges she faced while preparing for the role. "I am performing Sikh martial arts, known as Gatka," she revealed. "It looks beautiful on screen, but it's quite challenging to execute. I faced numerous difficulties during training; while the weapon feels light when held, it becomes significantly heavier when performing with it in the air."
Her journey into action was not just a physical challenge but also an emotional one. "Before this film, I had no idea how I would look while doing action scenes. I was quite nervous about practicing Gatka. However, after embracing it, I've gained the confidence to take on action roles on screen," she added.
Bandaa Singh Chaudhary promises to be more than just a love story. The film explores themes of identity, justice, and the struggle for one’s place in society, offering a nuanced look at the challenges faced by individuals. This thematic depth is expected to resonate with audiences, adding layers to the characters portrayed by Meher and Arshad.
Produced by Arbaaz Khan and Manish Mishra, the film is a collaborative effort that brings together Arbaaz Khan Productions, Aks Movies & Entertainment, Cinekorn Entertainment, and Seamless Productions LLP. This powerful partnership aims to deliver a film that balances entertainment with meaningful storytelling.
Fans eager to see Meher Vij in this new avatar will not have to wait long, as Bandaa Singh Chaudhary is set to hit cinemas on October 25. With its engaging narrative and the promise of thrilling action, the film is poised to capture the hearts of audiences.
