Grateful For SWA Award Says Kausar Munir On Bagging Best Lyricist Award

Kausar Munir, who bagged the prestigious Best Lyrics SWA Award for the song Vo Tere Mere Ishq from the critically acclaimed series Jubilee, said she is feeling nothing but joy and gratitdue.

During her media interaction, Munir radiated joy and gratitude. “Feeling just joy, joy and joy, and getting the awards from my dear old friend Preeti and my best friend Swanand makes it even better,” she said, her happiness evident. She continued, “I would like to say that just the making of this music was an absolute pleasure and eternal gratitude to Vikramaditya Motwane and Amit Trivedi.”

Munir reflected on the creative process behind the music, noting, “There were 11 songs in this album, and it still felt that there were too few. We created the music with such a happy and romantic vibe that it seemed like we could have made even more.” Her enthusiasm for the project was clear as she described the collaborative effort.

She expressed her appreciation for the creative freedom granted to her by the project’s key figures: “Vikram and Amit chose me for this project and gave me the full freedom to do this project, so thank you everyone, especially SWA. It is a very beautiful award, so thank you once again.”
