Patralekhaa, Varun Sharma, Sunny Singh, Manjot Singh, Ishita Raj along with the director Simarpreet Singh, hosted a fun and interactive event in Mumbai to promote the forthcoming Netflix release, Wild Wild Punjab.
Talking about her role and things she enjoyed while shooting the film, Patralekhaa said, “My Character Radha, she is from Punjab, and when I was shooting in Punjab for three months, I fell in love the state. I fell in love with Food from Punjab, people from Punjab, music from Punjab, I just fell in love with everything, now I am thinking that I would love to go and live in Punjab.”
"Wild Wild Punjab" is a comedic roller-coaster that follows Rajesh Khanna, aka Khanne (Varun Sharma), on a mission to crash his ex-girlfriend's wedding with a bold declaration. Supported by his friends Maan Arora (Sunny Singh), Gaurav Jain (Jassie Gill), and Honey Paaji (Manjot Singh), they embark on a chaotic road trip across Punjab. Joined by Radha (Patralekhaa) and Meera (Ishita Raj), the group navigates through hilarious escapades and unexpected challenges, aiming to find closure amidst the vibrant backdrop of Punjab's cultural fervor.
The film is all set to premiere on July 10, only on Netflix.
