Ahead of the D-Day 80th anniversary commemorations on 6 June, 98 year-old Normandy veteran Ken Hay visited a primary school to talk to the children about his experiences of war.
It wasn't the first time Ken Hay visited Rush Green Primary School in Romford, where pupils affectionately call him "grandad Ken".
