The town on Tuesday completed construction of the barricade near a Lawson convenience store, which suddenly started attracting foreign tourists a couple of years ago as a popular photo spot, apparently after a photo taken in a particular angle showing Mount Fuji in the background as if it the picturesque mountain sits atop the store roof became a social media sensation.
