In a tragic incident, the decomposed bodies of Manoj Chansoriya and his wife Anita were discovered at the Ghatkopar hoarding crash site. The couple was identified by BMC officials late on Wednesday. Manoj Chansoriya, aged 60, had recently retired as a general manager at Air Traffic Control (ATC) in March, and his wife Anita was 59.
They were en-route to Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh when the fatal accident occurred.
The discovery of their bodies has brought immense grief to their family, including their nephew, Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan. When contacted, Kartik Aaryan did not comment on the issue, respecting the family's privacy during this difficult time.
The incident has cast a shadow over the Ghatkopar area, highlighting the dangers of poorly maintained hoardings and the need for stringent safety measures to prevent such tragedies. As the investigation continues, authorities are expected to take necessary actions to ensure such incidents do not recur.
