Damaged Trailer Is Out

Lionsgate has unveiled the official trailer for "Damaged," a mysterious serial killer action thriller set for release in April both on VOD and in theatres.

The film follows Dan Lawson, a Chicago detective played by Samuel L. Jackson, who travels to Scotland to link up with Scottish Detective Glen Boyd, portrayed by Scottish actor Gianni Capaldi. The two detectives are brought together following the resurgence of a serial killer whose crimes match an unsolved case that Lawson investigated five years prior in Chicago. What unfolds is a chilling game of cat and mouse as they try to catch a brilliant and elusive murderer.

The trailer sets a suspenseful tone, hinting at the psychological depth of the film. As the detectives delve into the case, they are confronted with the complexities of their own pasts, adding layers to their characters and the narrative. The film promises to explore themes of obsession, redemption, and the darkness that lurks within the human psyche.

With a stellar cast including Vincent Cassel, Laura Haddock, John Hannah, Katie Dickie, and Brian McCardie, "Damaged" appears to be a compelling addition to the serial killer thriller genre. Directed by Terry McDonough, the film is poised to deliver a gripping and suspenseful experience.

Damaged is a blend of psychological depth, intense action, and intriguing characters that could make it a standout thriller of the year.
