Jackky Bhagnani graced the launch of recyclable plastic benches by Bhamla Foundation on Global Recycle Day 2024 in a school in Mumbai.
When asked about his comeback to the silver-screen, Jackky said, “You all will see me on the big screen, very soon. But right now I have only one focus till Eid, is Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.”
Helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar and starring an incredible ensemble of Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Manushi Chhillar, Sonakshi Sinha, Alaya F, Prithviraj Sukumaran and more, BMCM is the biggest release this Eid.
When asked about growing water crisis in metro cities and Holi being around the corner, Jackky said, “I love Holi, ever since my childhood, I am in love with Holi, but I haven’t played Holi in last couple of years, because I know, we waste a lot of water during the festival, so we play Holi with basic herbal colours, and eat good food.”
Adding about the initiative and urging the fans about the urgency of climate change, Jackky added, “I am huge believer of saving the planet, climate change is not a myth, this is happening right now, summers are hotter and winters are colder, Icebergs are melting, untimely rain fall is happening, so this is really important. We all are learning what we must do, and when I got the opportunity to come here and promote recycling, we made a bench here by recycling plastic, I think it is a very good initiative, and me being here, if that adds one percent of awareness, I’d think it is an honour.”
Jackky Bhagnani recently got married to Rakul Preet Singh and planted 700 trees in Goa to curb the carbon footprint.
