Qatra Qatra Song Is Out, Featuring Sara Ali Khan

The makers of Ae Watan Mere Watan drops a powerful single Qatra Qatra from the period drama, starring Sara Ali Khan in the lead role.

Apoorva Mehta shared the song on his social media profile, he captioned it, “Feel the echoes of her untold story in every beat. An energetic song invoking the values of patriotism during the time of freedom struggle. The song features glimpses from the film where Sara plays the role of Usha Mehta, a freedom fighter who stood against the British by strengthening her voice through radio. There are visuals of protests on the streets of Mumbai during the early 1940s.

The song is crooned by Sukhwinder Singh and music by Mukund Suryawanshi, the lyrics for the song are written by Mukund Suryawanshi, Ravi Girri and Rohan Deshmukh.

Helmed by Kannan Iyer and written by Darab Farooqui along with Kannan. The film also stars Sachin Khedekar, Abhay Verma, Sparsh Shrivastav, Alexx O'Nell and Anand Tiwari in pivotal roles along with a special guest appearance by Emraan Hashmi.

Ae Watan Mere Watan is produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Somen Mishra. It is set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on March 21.
