Sara Ali Khan along with entire ensemble and creative team of Murder Mubarak was interacting with the media during the trailer launch in Mumbai.
When asked about working with Homi Adajani and such a diverse and talented ensemble, Sara Ali Khan said, “Honestly, I feel privileged, thankful, and grateful for the opportunity to work with Homi Adajania and this film. I think that it is such a new kind of film, I have not worked in this genre before, I think I enjoyed a lot while working on this movie. I got to learn so much while working on this film about movie and life, and I got to work with some of biggest names in the industry, so I felt good.”
“The exciting part of our movie, with murder mysteries or who done it, you shouldn’t be able to guess who the real killer is, I mean this goes without saying, but apart from that, the process of finding out who the killer is, the world that Homi sir invites you into, the world that Dinesh VIjan is presenting to you, it is just so wholesome, funny, and interesting, it is such a new take, the journey will be fun” added Sara.
Murder Mubarak, a mystery thriller film based on the novel Club You To Death written by Anuja Chauhan. The film is directed by Homi Adajania and produced by Dinesh Vijan.
The film features an ensemble cast, including Pankaj Tripathi, Sara Ali Khan, Vijay Varma, Dimple Kapadia, Karisma Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, Tisca Chopra and Suhail Nayyar.
The film is set to be released on Netflix on 15 March 2024.
