Deepika Padukone Is A Dude Says Karan Singh Grover

Actor Karan Singh Grover, who played the role of Sartaj Gill or Taj in megahit Fighter, said working with Deepika Padukone has been refreshing and she is like a full-on dude.

Karan Singh Grover was interacting with media celebrating the success of Fighter and hit show Dill Mill Gayye.

Helmed by Sidharth Anand, aerial action thriller Fighter stars Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor, and Akshay Oberoi along with Karan Singh, who is just praises for the leading lady.

When asked about his experience working with Deepika in the film, Karan said, “Deepika Padukone is very friendly, she is cool girl, she is like a full dude, she is open hearted, down to earth, and inclusive. She always wants to have fun. It is refreshing to meet people like that.”

Further adding about his other co-actors, Karan said, “I bonded the best with Akshay Oberoi, it’s the kind of bond which will remain for the rest of our lives. He is good man; he has this nice guy vibe. He is so full of love and has beautiful eyes. Hrithik Rosha is also a friend. Anil Kapoor, like I said before, he is immortal.”

Fighter was released during the Republic Day weekend. The film received mixed reviews and has grossed over 285 crores worldwide.

Produced under Viacom18 Studios and Marflix Pictures, the film serves as the first installment in a planned aerial action franchise, the makers are already planning the second installment.
