The film delves into the life and career of Winehouse, beginning with her early days in the early 2000's as a North London jazz musician and culminating in her rise to fame as a Grammy-winning singer with hit songs like "Rehab" and "Back to Black".

The film stars Marisa Abela, Jack O'Connell, Eddie Marsan, Juliet Cowan, Ansu Kabia, Bronson Webb, and Lesley Manville.

A celebration of the most iconic – and much missed – homegrown star of the 21st century. Told through Amy’s eyes and inspired by her deeply personal lyrics, the film explores and embraces the many layers of the iconic artist and the tumultuous love story at the centre of one of the most legendary albums of all time.

The screenplay is written by Matt Greenhalgh. Produced by Debra Hayward and Alison Owen. The film will release in UK on April 12th, 2024 and then theatres in USA on 17th May 2024.
