The New Look Series Trailer Is Out

Apple TV+ drops the official trailer for The New Look series, created by Todd Kessler.

Set in 1940s Paris, creation was survival. This emotionally thrilling series reveals the shocking story of how fashion icon Christian Dior and his contemporaries, including Coco Chanel, Pierre Balmain, Cristóbal Balenciaga, navigated the horrors of World War II and launched modern fashion.

This series is set during the Nazi occupation of Paris, and explores the rise of fashion designer Christian Dior, as he dethrones Coco Chanel and helps return spirit and life to the world with his iconic imprint of beauty and influence. Made in collaboration with the House of Dior, so don't expect anything critical about them.

The cast features Ben Mendelsohn, Juliette Binoche, Maisie Williams, John Malkovich, Emily Mortimer, and Claes Bang.

The New Look is a series is written by Jason Rabe, David Rabe, Matthew Fantaci, Carter Harris, Amanda Coe, Dani Vetere, Ning Zhou, and Ashlin Halfnight.

Helmed by Todd A Kessler, Helen Shaver, Jeremy Podeswa, and Julia Ducournau. The series starts streaming from February 14th, 2024.
