Kan Khajura Starring Mohit Raina, Sarah Jane And Roshan Matthew

The International crime drama Magpie has got its Hindi adaptation, titled Kan Khajura, the series will premiere on the OTT platform, SonyLIV.

The original Israeli series follows a convicted murderer, who gets early released after 17 years on the condition that he continues to cooperate with the police as an informant.

Returning to his old neighbourhood and older brother, a successful realtor with dubious business deals, he is caught between his former life of crime and his work with the police.

Directed by Chandan Arora, the show has been produced by Ajay Rai. It stars Roshan Mathew, Mohit Raina, Sarah Jane Dias, Mahesh Shetty, Ninad Kamat, Trinetra Haldar, Heeba Shah, and Usha Nadkarni.

As the series boasts an ensemble star cast, the series might highlight themes like betrayal, redemption, complicated familial ties, and the resilience of the human spirit, like the original Magpie.

This series is in the original format under a license granted by Yes Studios. Magpie was created by Adam Bizanski, Omri Shenhar, and Dana Eden. For that matter, Kan Khajura becomes the third Hindi adaptation of an Israeli series for SonyLIV.
