The sequel of Maayavan, which was previously referred to as Maayavan Reloaded, has been titled Maaya One. Backed by AK Entertainments, the film will also feature Akansha Ranjan Kapoor of Guilty fame is the female lead.

Maaya One is a direct sequel to Maayavan and the film happens in the same universe. The first look of Maaya One which was released last year featured an astronaut navigating his way through a supernatural dimension.
Helmed by CV Kumar, Santhosh Narayanan has taken over as the composer of the project.
