Katrina Kaif expressed her thoughts during an interaction with the media at the launch of Yasmin Karachiwala’s book "Perfect 10" in Mumbai. Known as one of the fittest actresses in the industry, Katrina has seamlessly transitioned between intense action dramas like the Tiger franchise, romantic comedies, and content-driven cinema.
When questioned about whether she adopts tailor-made physical training for her various roles, Katrina responded, "Different kinds of routines for different roles, I would say definitely. You have to adjust your training if the character demands it. But also more than that, I think it's also about how you feel, and my mood."
The actress emphasized the significance of tuning into her own instincts and preferences when it comes to workouts. "I can come to my trainer and say, 'Yes, I have this target, but I don't want to do hardcore workouts. I don't feel like doing anything hectic.' And that's where the skill comes in and knowledge to get you there. What's right for you today is not what's always right for you," she added.
In a light-hearted moment, Katrina shared a memorable experience from her training journey. Recalling a peculiar setting, she said, "I can tell you that one, so it was for a song which was from a film called 'Bang Bang.' We were on this tiny little Thai Island, and there were very small huts. It was a strange visual, that much I tell you. I think there's a picture of me online from that; it was so dirty, and we made do, we had to sweep it."
Katrina Kaif was last seen in Tiger 3 with Salman Khan, next she will be seen in Merry Christmas with Vijay Sethupathi.
