Bigg Boss 17 Controversy: Jigna Vora Sheds Light on Provocation vs. Physical Altercation

The latest season of Salman Khan's reality show, Bigg Boss 17, has been making headlines, not just for its usual dose of drama and entertainment but also for a contestant's elimination due to a physical altercation. Former crime reporter Jigna Vora, who recently exited the Bigg Boss house, has raised an important issue concerning provocations on the show, emphasizing the need for clearer rules in this regard.

Jigna Vora, in a candid media interaction post her eviction, drew attention to the incident involving Sunny Arya (popularly known as Tehelka Prank) and Abhishek Kumar. She pointed out that while there are strict rules against physical altercations, there seems to be a void when it comes to addressing provocations leading to conflicts.

When asked about recent elimination of Sunny Arya over physical altercation on the show, Jigna said, “I don’t know what to say, Tehelka was nominated and later eliminated, he got into physical altercation, that is a mistake, you cannot do it.”

When asked Abhishek intentionally provoked Tehleka, which resulted in a fight, Jigna added, “Abhishek is the reason why Tehelka got eliminated, that is true. He provoked him, there is no rule about provocation in the show.”

“In this new season, prior to the show Bigg Boss gave us a stern warning about getting into physical fights, this is new format show and rules are tougher” added jigna.

Sunny Arya also known as Tehelka Prank, is a famous YouTuber, got into physical fight with Abhishek Kumar, a television, which resulted in his elimination.

When asked about Munawar being nominated for elimination for the first time, Jigna said, “Nothing will happen to him, don’t worry. He knows nothing will happen.”

Jigna Vora entered the housed on the 1st day, and she was eliminated on the 41st day. She is a former crime reporter. She was falsely accused in journalist Jyotirmoy Dey's murder under MCOCA.
