Vicky Kaushal Takes Mumbai's Mithibai College by Storm, Promoting Biopic 'Sam Bahadur'

In a fervent display of dedication to his craft, Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal was recently spotted at Mumbai's Mithibai College, leaving an indelible mark as he promoted the much-anticipated biopic, 'Sam Bahadur.' The film chronicles the remarkable life of India's first Field Marshal, Sam Manekshaw, and Vicky Kaushal's commitment to the project is evident.

Arriving in style in his sleek SUV, Vicky Kaushal graced the college fest, Kshitij, with his charismatic presence. Dressed in a suave ensemble comprising a black tee-shirt, dark denims, long boots, and a beige jacket, the actor exuded charm, accentuated by his well-groomed beard and dark glasses. Before making his way into the college campus, Vicky generously posed for the paparazzi, creating a buzz among fans and students alike.

Directed by the talented Meghna Gulzar, who co-wrote the script with Bhavani Iyer and Shantanu Srivastava, 'Sam Bahadur' promises to be a biographical war drama that delves into the pivotal moments of Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw's illustrious career. The ensemble cast includes notable names such as Fatima Sana Shaikh, Sanya Malhotra, Neeraj Kabi, Edward Sonnenblick, and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub.

Produced under the banner of RSVP Movies by Ronnie Screwvala, the film unfolds against the backdrop of the 1971 Indo-Pakistan War. Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw's leadership during this crucial period played a pivotal role in the liberation of Bangladesh, a historical moment that the biopic aims to bring to life on the silver screen.

It is set to release on December 1, 2023.
