Mishika Chourasia on “Anari Is Backk”: A Newcomer’s Triumph Alongside Bollywood Veterans

Newcomer Mishika Chourasia is making waves with her latest venture, "Anari Is Backk." The rising starlet shares her excitement and gratitude for being part of a film that not only boasts an exceptional storyline but also places her in the illustrious company of Bollywood legends such as Mithun Chakraborty, Anita Raaj, and Shakti Kapoor.

In an exclusive interaction with newshelpline, Mishika expresses her joy at sharing the screen with veterans like Mithun Chakraborty, Anita Raaj, Shakti Kapoor, and Manoj Joshi. She said, ““I am sharing screen with Mithun Chakraborty, Anita Raaj, Shakti Kapoor, Manoj Joshi, and more, so it is an incredible cast for me as a newcomer. I am fortunate to work with such an incredible and talented ensemble, especially when you hail from non-filmy background, there is no one in entire family or community who belongs to film fraternity. Finding a good movie is a blessing, and to find one film with such legends, it is a blessing. I got to learn a lot from them, on-sets, and off-sets.”

As she delves into the details of "Anari Is Backk," Mishika describes the film as a contemporary tale, ““Story is incredible, we have worked hard on the movie, it is a contemporary film, the songs and trailer are already hit, I mean people are telling me that it doesn’t feel like a newcomer’s movie, its feels like Pahlajj Nihalani has made the film for an established actor.”

Excitingly, Mishika Chourasia confirms her involvement in another upcoming project, "Mafia Queen." Describing it as an action-packed film, she reveals her dedication to performing all the action sequences without a stunt double. The movie, slated to be a Pan-India multilingual film, promises to showcase Mishika in an entirely new avatar.

"Anari Is Backk" is slated for 24 November 2023 release.
