Jim Sarbh Walks The Ramp For Samant Chauhan

Actor Jim Sarbh walked the ramp for ace designer Samant Chauhan, renowned for his skills in combining the beauty of his beloved Bhagalpur silk with modern silhouettes and weaving techniques. His “Ice Watch” collection was the grand presentation at the opening of the Atelier during Lakmé Fashion Week in partnership with FDCI.

Bollywood’s hot star, Jim Sarbh stopped the very dramatic show in an all-white, layered, look. A regal floor-sweeping, flared, trench coat with fluid, impressive lapels, embellished with tonal embroidery and appliqués was worn over a mandarin collar shirt and white trousers.

Exhilarated from the successful show, showstopper, Jim Sarbh, said, “Walking for Samant, in his bespoke creation for Lakmé Fashion Week x FDCI, has been an absolute delight. Giving a choice of long, floor sweeping gowns, short frothy formal wear, jacket dresses, bodycon silhouettes and bridal trousseaux, Samant’s collection catered to every fashionable whim of the buyers.

At every fashion presentation, Samant’s designing skills and experiments with weaves have promoted sustainable, fair trade practices, which have always been very evident.

The “Ice Watch” collection by Samant Chauhan was an ethereal line of ensembles that not only gave a strong fashion direction but focussed on the environment too.
