Alaya F Walks The Ramp For Paras And Shalini, With Saba Azad And Imaad Shah’s Live Performance

Designers Paras and Shalini of ‘Geisha Designs’ are known for their ultra-glam creations each season and they picked Alaya F to showcase the collection on ramp. Their cocktail and evening wear 2024 collection called “Profusion” at Lakmé Fashion Week in partnership with FDCI, unveiled textures that will enchant the Indian and global buyers. 

 

Bringing the show to a glamorous end was sprightly Alaya F. who strutted on the runway in sheer, gleaming, beaded, tasselled pants and a tiny, backless bralette. Feminine, fluid and at times fragile in beauty, the “Profusion” collection from Geisha Designs by Paras and Shalini was a melodious tapestry of nature’s medley in fashion.

 

Showstopper Alaya F added, “This collection resonates strongly with me as beyond the beauty and elegance of the outfit, it makes me feel extremely confident. The pieces and especially my outfit stand out, and the experience has been seamless and one to remember.” 

 

The “Profusion” collection was a harmonic tapestry of nature’s symphony of clothes that would fit the requirements of not only festive couture but also occasion wear and luxury resort creations.

 

The addition of two men’s wear entries – a cropped double-breasted evening garment with a jacket and an ivory suit over a shimmering tunic, followed the theme of the show. Keeping the tempo upbeat throughout the show, singer and actress Saba Azad in a blush, oversized, cropped jacket, wrap-around pants, and glitzy inner rocked on the ramp.

 

Also Keeping Saba company on the runway was actor and musician Imaad Shah, who looked dapper as he skillfully played on his guitar, wearing an all-black trio of jacket, trouser and shirt with a shimmering cummerbund.
