Actor Sonu Sood along with ADGP Maharashtra Highway Traffic Police, was interacting with Newshelpline during a social campaign, where he distributed helmets to everyone and spread awareness about road safety.
When asked about his movie Fateh, actor Sonu Sood said, “As an actor when I work in movies, I often wished to showcase action which has never before seen in Indian cinema. Now that I am producing the film, and acting in it as well, I have roped in an international team, people who have done actions for Fast and Furious, Jurassic Park, and more. Now the audience will see how action films should be made.”
Talking about the initiative, Sonu added, “I think it is important to give this message, that when you venture out on roads, you have your whole family waiting for you back home, and nowadays, especially youth, they drive fast without helmet, so, it is important to wear helmet.”
“Not just for the rules and regulations, wear it for your family as well. It is great honor to send this message, Do Karm on Road, Not Kaand, (Do good on roads, not accidents), we also part with the same message on Roadies, wear your helmet, and do karm, road safety is paramount” added Sonu.
Fateh is helmed by Vaibhav Mishra, also starring Jacqueline Fernandez. The action thriller is set against the backdrop of cybercrime.
