Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan and Saiyami Kher starrer Ghoomer was released in theatres on 18th August 2023. Now, the makers are hosting series of special screening of the film, the Sunday screening saw master blaster along with his beautiful wife gracing the special screening.
Sachin Tendulakar was seen wearing a floral shirt, and pants, while Priya was also dressed in shirt and lowers. The duo arrived in their car, and posed for paparazzi.
Actress Saiyami Kher, R Balki, Gauri Shinde and more were also present at the screening.
Written and directed by R Balki, the film revolves around Anina, a young batting prodigy, loses her right hand in an accident. An unsympathetic, failed cricketer gives her new hope, trains her with unconventional techniques, to turn her fate around.
The film also stars Shabana Azmi, Angad Bedi, Nasir Khan, Guneet Sandhi, Ivanaka and Amitabh Bachchan in an extended cameo.
Prior to the theatrical release, the film had its World Premiere as the opening film at the 14th Indian Film Festival of Melbourne on 12 August 2023.
