Ameesha Patel and Sunny Deol starrer Gadar – Ek Prem Katha is an iconic movie, and now the team is back with its sequel, Gadar – The Katha Continues or Gadar 2, the movie entered the 100 Crore club within the weekend, and now ready to cross 200 Crore mark.
Ameesha Patel, dressed in a traditional attire, a pink suit, visited Gaiety Galaxy theater to check out the reaction of her fans and interact with them.
Talking about the success of the film, Ameesha said, “Fans are loving Tara and Sakeena, and I am taking they will make hit pair of Tara-Sakeena the most iconic, like they did for the first time, this pair of Tara-Sakeena is unbeatable, they are so loved, I would like to take his opportunity to thank entire audience of Hindustan.”
Helmed by Anil Sharma, the film also stars Utkarsh Sharma, Simrat Kaur, Luv Sinha, Manish Wadhwa, and more. The film is written by Shaakitman Talwar.
Gadar 2 was theatrically released on 11 August 2023, where it has grossed 175.5 crore globally and is currently the seventh-highest grossing Hindi film of 2023.
