Pure Dance, Nothing Else On Hip Hop India Says Nora Fatehi

Mumbai, 22nd July 2023 (Newshelpline) - Dancer, actor and producer Nora Fatehi, who kick-started the Amazon miniTV’s dance reality show Hip Hop India, says the show will only showcase pure dance and nothing else.

Nora Fatehi and Remo D’souza launched the show by breaking the Guinness World Record for the largest hip-hop performance Hip Hop India is country’s only hip-hop-centric dance reality show.

Talking about the show, Nora Fatehi said, “First of all, we want to showcase pure dancing, and we’re going to show only and only pure dancing on the show, nothing else. That is why this show is different and unique from other dance shows. You will only see raw-street dance on the show.”

A noted choreographer, Remo hailed the passion and enthusiasm of the kids for helping them set a world record. He said, “This is the first time it is happening in India, someone is making a world record, I am excited. We are breaking the record because of these kids' passion, if we didn't have the support and enthusiasm of these kids, we wouldn’t have been able to break this record.”

Remo has served as judge on many shows, which apart from presenting talent also showcased emotional stories, but with the new show, dance master says they will only promote talent.

He said, “All the shows which we have done previously, they are good and fine in their own space and place. Their criterias and stories were different, in this show specially, we’re only looking at talent and dance, there will be no stories, we will not ask the contestant what’s his background or any other stuff like that, they are on stage and they will dance. Depending on their dance performance, they will be awarded marks.”
