Backed by Ronnie Screwvala's production house RSVP Movies, the film features Kangana Ranaut in the lead role as Air Force pilot Tejas Gill, written and directed by Sarvesh Mewara.
Tejas revolves around the extraordinary journey of Tejas Gill, an Air Force pilot, and aims to inspire and instil a deep sense of pride in the valiant soldiers who tirelessly defend our nation, confronting numerous challenges along the way.
Apart from Tejas, actress Kangana is also busy wrapping her second directorial Emergency under her home banner Manikarnika Films.
Based on the Indian Emergency, it stars Ranaut as former Prime Minister of India Indira Gandhi. The film also features Anupam Kher, Shreyas Talpade, Mahima Chaudhry and Milind Soman in pivotal roles. The film is scheduled to release theatrically on 24 November 2023.
