New-age thriller ‘CSI Sanatan’ starts streaming on OTT

The nail-biting thriller is premiering on Amazon Prime Video, AHA Video

Well-made thrillers have been the flavour of the season. In the age of OTT, viewers are expecting thrillers to be tight. 'CSI Sanatan', starring Aadi Saikumar, is one such investigative thriller. Both riveting and new-age, it is currently streaming on two OTT platforms.

Amazon Prime Video and AHA Video are streaming the film successfully, presenter Bhavani Media said in a statement. Producer Ajay Srinivas consciously made the film to tap into the surging demand for suspenseful content. The alphabets 'CSI' in the title stands for Crime Scene Investigation.

The thrilling ride is about the murder of the CEO of a chit-fund company and the ensuing search for the truth. The titular character, played by an effective actor Aadi Saikumar, helms a clues department that pieces bewildering puzzles and arrives at a stunning conclusion at the end. As the hero chases the mystery, the screenplay presents edge-of-the-seat moments. It's a roller-coaster ride and an unpredictable story where suspects and victims appear to swap their places - suspects are victims and victims are suspects.

Nandini Rai, Tarak Ponnappa, Bigg Boss fame Lasya, Misha Narang, Madhusudan Rao and others play important roles. Writer-director Siva Shankar Dev made the best use of Aneesh Solomon's background score.
