Olympic Committees of Cuba and Uganda sign Memorandum of Understanding

On the morning of May 4, the Cuban Embassy in Uganda hosted the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Olympic Committee of the Republic of Uganda and the Olympic Committee of the Republic of Cuba.

The legal instrument was signed by Dr. Donald Rukare, President of the Uganda Olympic Committee and the Ambassador of Cuba Tania Perez Xiques on behalf of Roberto Leon Richards, President of the Cuban Olympic Committee.

Both officials agreed on the importance of this moment as a starting point to develop actions that contribute to the best performance of sports activities in both nations.
