Coat, a film based on the narrative of young writer Kumar Abhishek from Bihar, and the film is also set in same state. Directed by Akshay Ditti, it revolves around a boy named Madho, who is broke, belong to lower caste and has big ambitions.
Madho loves a girl, who belong to upper class, and one fine day, desperate and beaten down, Madho decides to venture into business by himself to purchase a coat, like an educated and upper class, but what follows is a different story all together.
The film also stars Sonal Jha, Puja Pandey, Badal Rajput, Harshita Pandey, Navin Prakash, Abhishek Chauhan, Aakanksha Srivastava, Ragini Kashyap, and Gagan Gupta.
This film is produced by Kumar Abhishek, Pinnu Singh, Shiv Aryan, and Arpit Garg under the label Perfect Time Pictures in collaboration with Black Panther Movies Ltd and Brandex Entertainment. The film will be released in theatres across the country on May 26th, 2023.
