Zoya Akhtar And Vijay Verma Celebrates 4 Years Of Gully Boy

Mumbai, 14th Feb 2023 (NewsHelpline) - Director and producer Zoya Akhtar along with Vijay Verma celebrates 4 years of Gully Boy.

Filmmaker Zoya Akhtar took to her social media and shared a picture with ensemble cast, including Ranveer Singh, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Vijay Varma, she wrote, “Missing Safeena,  We Turned 4 #gullyboy @ranveersingh @aliaabhatt @itsvijayvarma @siddhantchaturvedi @kalkikanmani @reemakagti1 @ritesh_sid @faroutakhtar @excelmovies @tigerbabyofficial”

Alia Bhatt played the role of Safeena in the film, who was missing in the picture.

Actor Vijay Verma also shared an animated poster of the film and wrote, “4 years of #GullyBoy, The movie made with so much love, passion and compassion that it resonated with all and apna time aayega became the anthem. Helmed by Zoya Akhtar the film also starred Vijay Raaz and Kalki Koechlin in pivotal roles and received good responses from the audience. The movie narrated the story of India's underground hip-hop artists. The film was also nominated as India's official entry for the 92nd Oscar Awards.

On work front, Zoya recently wrapped up the shooting of her next project, the Indian adaptation of the iconic comics 'The Archies' which will stream directly on the OTT platform Netflix.
