Riddhi Dogta Unveils Lakadbaggha Release Date

Mumbai, 23rd December 2022 (NewsHelpline) - Television star Riddhi Dogra unveils the first look poster and release date of forthcoming vigilante action drama titled Lakadbaggha, also starring Anshuman Jha. 

 

Sharing the poster on her social media, Riddhi Dogra captioned her post, “Lakadbaggha - Action Begins January 13th 2023. #Lakadbaggha - India's first film about a vigilante for animals. The action movie, which is written by Alok Sharma and directed by Victor Mukherjee, is about an ordinary boy who is on an extraordinary mission to fight against the illegal animal trade industry.

 

The film, inspired by real events in Kolkata, features Anshuman as an animal-loving vigilante fighter, the film recently premiered at the 28th Kolkata International Film Festival (KIFF). 

 

In the film, Arjun Bakshi (Anshuman), while trying to protect his adopted Indian stray dogs, unearths the fact that an underground illegal animal trade cell functions from the Kolkata port. Upon investigating he chances upon a rare species of the Indian Striped Hyena (Lakadbaggha) - which has been kidnapped from Corbett National Park and is being sold in the black market. 

 

Lakadbaggha also features Milind Soman and Paresh Pahuja in key roles. The film is slated for 13th January 2023 release. 

 

Apart from Lakadbaggha, actress Riddhi Dogra will soon be seen in Tiger 3 with Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif.
