Nivin Pauly’s Padavettu is running with packed houses

Yet another marvel from South India, following the brilliance of Kantbara; Nivin Pauly's Padavettu is running to packed houses in Kerala & outside Kerala too.

As of now, movies with aesthetic appeal are causing ripples pan India cutting across language barriers. We have seen how the Kannada film Kanthara is fast moving as a Box Office Megahit, luring cinegoers of all genre.

Now the Malayalam movie Padavettu is also leaping towards the same goal with mass popularity. The film having Nivin Pauly in the lead is drawing popular support, based on the theory of ' Sons of the Soil '. The film is advancing in the metros of Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad with housefull shows. Film critics opine in unison that this movie is also destined to soar as Kanthara has done a few weeks ago. The film is doing good business in Kerala as well. The Keralites have embraced this film, depicting true-to-life politics, as they had done in the case of Katthi, Karnan & Asuran.

Likewise the spectators in other States has embraced the hero, Ravi. The movie is expected to have ' Houseful Boards' on Sunday and Monday.

The film helmed by Liju Krishna deals with the tale of the peasants of Maloor village. Nivin essays the role of the lazy youth, Koroth Ravi. Ravi's personality undergoes a sea change as he realises that if one has no specific idea, others will exploit it and make us a part of their plans.

Along with Nivin Pauly, Shammi Thilakan also gets the applause of the audience. Remya Suresh, Indrans, Dasan Kongadu, Sudheesh, Shine Tom Chacko & Adithi Balan perform well Padavettu. Music & Background Score by Govind Vasantha is also noteworthy.
