On the occasion of Kiara Advani's birthday, actor Kartik Aaryan revealed that the name of their upcoming project 'Satyanarayan Ki Katha' has been changed to 'Satyaprem Ki Katha'.
Sharing a small video on his social media profile, Kartik wrote, "Happy Birthday Katha!! Tumhaara SatyaPrem. #SatyapremKiKatha."
In the picture, Kartik is seen holding Kiara in his arms. He also added background music to the post.
The film was announced last year, Satyanarayan Ki Katha, which sort of sparked controversy due to its title, which translates to the story of Satyanarayan, which is another name for Hindu god Vishnu. Apparently the makers of the film didn’t wanted to hurt religious sentiments and opted for a new name. The film is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala in collaboration with Namah Pictures. It is touted as a musical saga.
Meanwhile on the work front, Kartik is currently busy wrapping Shehzada, which is a remake of the Telugu film Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, the film is helmed by Rohit Dhawan.
He is also shooting for Shashanka Ghosh's romantic thriller Freddy. He will also collaborate with Hansal Mehta in the social drama Captain India, in which he will play an air-force officer.
Kiara Advani is on cloud nine with the success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Jug Jugg Jeeyo. She is also shooting for Govinda Naam Mera and untitled movie with Ram Charan.
