Thakur Anoop Singh bags a role in Jayantilal Gada’s film Control

Actor Thakur Anoop Singh who's known for his work in both South as well as Bollywood film industry, is all set to star in his next Bollywood film, Control in the lead role. The actor who just wrapped up shoot for the Hindi remake of Singam 3, has started shooting for Jayantilal Gada's next film, Control.

The film is said to be based on a cybercrime rescue mission, and the former Mr. World 2015, Anoop will be playing a cop. The actor who's always played lead antagonist will now be seen playing the main protagonist - leaving his fans rather excited to see Anoop play the good guy. Talking about signing the film, the actor says, "This isn't any less than a dream for me. Everything from the story to the team is just terrific, so I'm super excited to start the shoot of this film".

He further adds, "The film revolves around an army officer fighting for his childhood friend caught in an online fraud". Anoop has recently wrapped up shoot for the Hindi remake of south film Singam 3, and has been shooting for Bollywood films as the lead hero back to back. The film will also star Priya Anand opposite Anoop, and is co-produced between Yashi films and Jayantilal Gada.
