New Delhi, May 18 (SocialNews.XYZ) Two labourers were critically injured after they fell from a scaffolding constructed along Nirman Bhavan building in the national capital on Wednesday, a fire department official said.
The official informed that they received a call about the incident at 12.38 p.m., after which as many as 4 fire units were immediately pressed into service.
He said that the labourers had fallen from a shuttering of the building which is under renovation.
They fell down from a height of approximately 6th floor.
"Both were immediately rushed to the RML hospital where they are currently admitted," the official told IANS, adding that the duo has received injuries on their head and hands.
Notably, the Nirman Bhawan, located in Lutyens Delhi, houses the Ministry of Health and Family Affairs and Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
