Secretary Blinken calls Russian attacks on Ukrainian civilians a “war crime” (Video)

Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Thursday condemned Russias recent strikes on Ukrainian cities. "Intentionally targeting civilians is a war crime, Blinken said. After all the destruction of the past three weeks, I find it difficult to conclude that the Russians are doing otherwise." Blinken said the U.S. believes Russia may be setting the stage for a chemical weapon attack and then plans to "falsely blame Ukraine to justify escalating its attacks on the Ukrainian people."
