Vindu Dara Singh also added investing of your body is paramount and one should get into bodybuilding but rather opt for free style exercising at young age.
He said, “It is not body building, it’s just taking care of your body, there is nothing more important than taking care of your body. Health is wealth, your body is the most expensive and crucial thing that you’d ever own in your life. Because you don’t have a good health, all the money is world isn’t going help you.
Taking care of your body is paramount, you got to sculpt it, nourish it, and cherish it. The moment you turn 11-12 start swimming, cycling, running, pull-up and more, it will help you grow better, and above all having the right information is also important. And these people are real bodybuilders, so they are fantastic as well to part with some right knowledge” added Vindu.
