Sunny Leone was interacting with NewsHelpline for her forthcoming web-show Anamika.
Sunny enjoys massive presence across all medium and languages, she has done movies, shows, web-shows, music videos and more, across various languages. When asked about digital expansion of Indian content, she said, “It is about time that India comes on the platform with the entire world, when you see films from Hollywood, they are also making 3-4 other shows on an OTT platform, and it is high time that we compete with rest of the world, some of the content coming out of India is absolutely amazing, it should have done a long time ago”
Anamika series is directed by Vikram Bhatt, also starring Sonnalli Seygall, Samir Soni, Rahul Dev, Shehzad Shaikh, and Ayaz Khan.
Talking about her role in forthcoming action drama series, Sunny said, “I am playing an agency agent gone rouge, but she has lost her memory, she doesn’t remember any of the things that everyone is talking about, so with time she remembers bits and pieces, and had to figure it out why the things happened the way they did and seek revenge for the things that have happened to her”
The show starts streaming from 10th March, ahead of women’s day. Being an empowered individual in her own way, Sunny said, “It is our choice how we want to live our lives; it is our own choices that dictate each of our days and if you make small changes to make the best of you, pretty soon you’ll have the best version of yourself”
