Islamabad, Feb 26 (SocialNews.XYZ) A terrorist was killed in an exchange of fire with security forces in Pakistan's northwest tribal district of North Waziristan, a military statement said on Saturday.
The troops conducted an intelligence-based operation on the reported presence of terrorists in the area, Xinhua news agency reported citing the statement released by the military's media wing Inter-Services Public Relations.
Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the killed terrorist, the statement added.
The killed ultra was involved in terrorist activities against the security forces, it said.
