Pratik Gandhi was interacting with NewsHelpline on the sidelines of Woh Ladki Hain Kahaan wrap-up party in Mumbai.
Talking about the film, Pratik said, “I am doing my first film with Taapsee, so it makes for a more important and special film. It has been a fun journey, and there is a lot said in between the lines in the film itself, so it has its own fun and I hope it gets connected with audience well”
Junglee Pictures and Roy Kapur Films produced, a unique comedy-drama story which is written and directed by Arshad Syed, stars Taapsee Pannu and Pratik Gandhi for the first time.
The film revolves around a spoilt groom who is looking for his bride. Sharing more about the film, Pratik added, “We’re following all the clues to look for the bride, but all the clues are just taking us on a ride some place else. I am playing a role which I have never done before, he is such a colorful character. I don’t think I have done such a colorful character ever before, so it is important to me”
Taapsee Pannu will be seen playing her first comedy role as a feisty cop. Pratik Gandhi is playing a spoilt groom. The film also stars Pratik Babbar in the lead role. The film is slated to release later this year.
Pratik Gandhi also has Atithi Bhooto Bhava and Dedh Bigha Zameen movie in his kitty, along with series, For Your Eyes Only.
