Visfot Has An Interesting And Challenging Script Says Sanjay Gupta

Mumbai, 23rd February 2022 (NewsHelpline) – Filmmaker and producer Sanjay Gupta says that Kookie Gulati has done a remarkable job with Visfot, as it had an infesting and challenging script to adapt for big screen.

Sanjay Gupta was interacting with NewsHelpline on the sidelines of Visfot wrap-up party in Mumbai.

Talking about the movie, Sanjay said, “It is an interesting and challenging script for a director to adapt and he has done an amazing job. I’ve seen one hour of the film, and he has done a good job. It is a Visfoot (explosion) of emotions”

Further sharing a little sneak-peek into the roles of Fardeen Khan and Riteish Deshmukh, and the plot of the movie, Sanjay added, “The film is a thriller, set in Mumbai city, which is backdrop of the film. There are two different worlds colliding in the film, one is pilot and the other one is taxi driver, and how their world collide with each other, that is story of the film”.

The film marks a comeback for Fardeen Khan after 11 long years and Sanjay Gupta is just excited. He said, “We are more than happy that we had the opportunity to work with Fardeen Khan, as he has stayed away from active screen presence for such a long time, and now he is making a comeback with our film, we are happy and excited, you’ll see a whole new Fardeen Khan”

With theaters reopening, we asked if Sanjay is opting for theatrical or OTT release, he said, “Right now, our decision is to release film in theaters, as we have made the film for theatrical viewing, but the times are unpredictable, so don’t know everything with certainty”

The film is helmed by Kookie Gulati, starring Fardeen Khan, Riteish Deshmukh, Krystle D’souza, Priya Bapat and Seema Biswas. The film is an official remake of the 2012 Venezuelan film 'Rock, Paper, Scissors'. The release date of the film will be announced shortly.
