Alia Bhatt Unveils Jab Saiyaan From Gangubai Kathiawadi

Mumbai, 15th February 2022 (NewsHelpline) - After the peppy dancer number Dholida, the makers of Gangubai Kathiawadi are out with second song of the film, Jab Saiyaan, a romantic ballad. 

 

Actress Alia Bhatt dropped the second single on her social media profile, she captioned it, “Unfolding the cards of love! Crooned by Shreya Ghoshal, the new song Jab Saiyaan features Alia as Gangubai is seen romancing with a young Shantanu Maheshwari. The chemistry of the duo is sizzling, mischievous and mysterious!

 

The song is composed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, and penned by A.M Turaz will take you on a journey filled with love and a lot more. 

 

Gangubai Kathiawadi is loosely based on the true story of Gangubai Harjivandas, popularly known as Gangubai Kothewali, whose life was documented in the book Mafia Queens of Mumbai written by S. Hussain Zaidi. The film depicts the rise of a simple girl from Kathiawad who had no choice but to embrace the ways of destiny and swing it in her favour.

 

The film also stars Ajay Devgn, Vijay Raaz and Seema Pahwa in pivotal roles. It is all set to release in theatres on February 25, 2022.
