Bharat Ratna singer Lata Mangeshkar passed away on Sunday due to multiple organ failure. She was one the most iconic singer ever to step in Indian film industry.
Expressing her grief with NewsHelpline, Johnny Lever’s daughter Jamie Lever said, “I felt really bad, she is a legend and such a huge personality, losing her is such a huge loss for our industry. She is someone we all have heard about while growing up, and it is my good fortune that I have interacted with her one time. I am feeling really bad about her demise. We will always remember her through her songs. The coming generation of singers will learn from her songs”
Further adding, Jamie talked about her favorite song of the legend, which she used to sing in school. She said, “I used to sing Naino Me Badra Chaye in school and Lag Ja Gale, is my favorite song”
Jamie Lever has marked her presence in movies such as Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon, Housefull 4 and Bhoot Police. Talking about her future proejcts, she added, “Right now, you can catch me on Kapil Sharma Show, and I am doing quite a few digital projects, so you will see a lot more of me soon”
