Badhaai Do Trailer Is Out And This Is All Above Love

Mumbai, 25th January 2022 (NewsHelpline) – Actor Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar starrer Badhaai Do trailer is finally out and this one is about an interesting wedding of convenience between a gay and a lesbian, in a heterosexual household.

Helmed by Harshavardhan Kulkarni and written by Akshat Ghildial and Suman Adhikary, the film revolves around a police officer and a physical trainer teacher at school, tying the knot, but the catch is both are gay!

The official handle of Junglee Pictures dropped the trailer on social media. They captioned the post, “Witness the Atrangi wedding Satrangi setting of the year in the month of love! The trailer opens with Rajkummar Rao trying to propose a wedding to Bhumi Pednekar knowing fully well that she is a lesbian and admits that he is a gay. The duo ties the knot, in order to avoid society scrutiny and undue pressure, but things go wrong when their plan, starts to fall apart.

The film also stars Seema Pahwa, Sheeba Chaddha, Lovleen Mishra, Nitesh Pandey, Shashi Bhushan, Chum Darang and Deepak Arora.

The film is slated for 11th Feb 2022, theatrical release.
