Shrenu Parikh was interacting with NewsHelpline on the sidelines of a promotional meet for the forthcoming thriller series.
When asked about foraying into digital arena, Shernu said, “OTT medium is not limited, for the actors and audience’s as well. It gives a chance equally to everyone. Actors get a vast audience, and the audience gets different flavor of programs”
Shrenu Parikh plays the role of a rookie journalist named Shanaya, whose search for a path-breaking story leads her to Rashmi’s (Aaman) doorstep and together they hunt down a serial killer.
Talking about her role, Shrenu said, “I am playing the role of a journalist Shanaya, and she is an interesting woman, it is layered character, personal and professional, lot is going on in her life. It was fun playing such an interesting character”
“For the role I had to take myself out from the character and be someone the team required me to be. She is realistic and selfish journalist and do whatever which benefits her” added Parikh.
The series is bankrolled by Endemol Shine India, hemed by Ekant Babani, also starring Pulkit Bangia, Yash Bhatia, Aamna Sharif, Vibhuti Upadhaya and Aman Verma in key roles. It will be available to stream from 20th January on Hungama Play and partner networks.
