Singer Shaan’s Mother Sonali Mukherjee Passed Away

Mumbai, 20th January 2022 (NewsHelpline) - Singer Shaan issues a statement on his social media, expressing his grief and sorrow as our beloved artist lost his mother.

In an unfortunate turn of events, acclaimed singer Shaan’s mother Sonali Mukherjee passed away on Thursday, January 20. However, the reason behind her death remain unknown, but accordingly to press note, she passed away in her sleep.

Shaan is mourning the tragic loss and post an official statement on his social media profile. It read, “We are deeply saddened and heartbroken by the demise of our mother Mrs Sonali Mukerjee. She passed away peacefully in her sleep. A kind soul, great human being and a loving mother. It is a huge loss for us all”

“While we try and say our last goodbytes, we would like you to keep Covid restrictions in mind and humbly request you to keep her in your prayers. Deeply mourned by Sagarika – Martin. Shaan – Radhika Soham Joshua Shubh Michel” read the note.

On the special occasion of Mother’s Day, Shaan paid a heart-warming tribute to his mother by sharing an endearing selfie alongside her. While uploading the photo online, Shaan wrote, “Happy Mothers’ Day !!! Blessed to have both Moms by my side always ..”
